Great spot in historic downtown McMinnville. Definitely worth going downtown and away from the chain restaurants. Staff friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious. Staff knowledgeable about dietary restrictions.
What a sweet place. I had a seat at the window that gave me the opportunity to talk to a newly arrived local and watch the world go by. The coffee was good and the veggie omelette was delicious. The home fries were too. They even had sourdough toast. The whole experience was great and Main Street even had free parking. Go if you can you won’t be disappointed.
This is a must visit if you are in McMinnville. The food is not the biggest seller here, but the atmosphere is awesome, the location doesn’t get much better if you are walking around “Downtown” and the service is really good. The biscuits were very good. I had a pair of egg and cheese biscuits and they hit the spot. The potatoes and grits were a little bland, but everything else made up for it. The price is probably the best part of the whole experience. Definitely a spot you should dine in at. I don’t think the experience would be as good if it were take out.

This is a storefront on main street. There is no charge for parking and the townscape is a great experience. I got the O.D.s country breakfast. This included 2 eggs (suited to you), country fried potatoes, choice of meat...I opted for sausage, biscuits and gravy or grits. He ordered eggs Benedict with English muffin and 2 crab cakes, his option was grits. We loved our meals and shared a taste with each other. I had requested eggs over medium but when they came the whites were still slightly liquid. The potatoes were just right as far as seasoning, serving size and tenderness. The sausage at this place is very fresh and very tasty. There were 2whole biscuits that were the best I've ever had. They were slightly risen and not doughy at all. I only needed one so I took the other home for later. The gravy was very good too. His meal was cooked perfectly with amazingly flavored crab cakes on a fresh English muffin. He requested a small side of spinach leaves to compliment. His grits were cooked well and more than he could eat. He loved the coffee so much he bought a pound to take home. Our service was quick and friendly and not intrusive. This place is now going to be one of our favorites. If you try it I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
This is my favourite place in town to get breakfast and I believe it wins that by a landslide. The food is always hot, fresh, and wonderful. I've only ever had a couple issues here, and in those few times it was made right. It's the first place I recommend for anyone for breakfast and always on my list when people come to visit!
Breakfast straight from Grandma's kitchen is what this felt like! Everything was extremely fresh, seasoned to the T, and came out super fast. Wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable about all the food. It's definitely a must when visiting McMinnville!
First time going here today. The food was amazing. Service was okay. Seating was not great. We sat in the window and that made it feel almost unbearable. It was 11 am and 85 degrees outside. Needless to say.. when we go back.. I will sit away from that window.
